FAQ

Straight answers.

How much does a project cost?

Our entry package, Website Starter, starts at $999 and covers market research, an SEO audit, a 90-day marketing plan and a lead-capture website. Bigger builds (e-commerce, custom platforms, apps) are scoped individually and quoted as a fixed figure before work starts.

How long does it take?

An express website ships in about two weeks. A full business site with content, SEO setup and integrations typically takes four to eight weeks. Platform and custom software projects are scoped individually. You get a dated milestone plan before anything starts.

What do I actually get at the end?

Working software you own, not a demo: the code in your own repository, hosting in your own accounts, analytics wired up, and a walkthrough so your team can run it. No lock-in.

Do you work with businesses outside Chicago?

Yes. Our office is in Schaumburg, just outside Chicago, but we deliver nationwide and have shipped projects for clients across the US and abroad.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Often, yes. We start with a short technical audit and tell you straight whether fixing it or rebuilding it is cheaper, with the reasoning.

What happens after launch?

Support is optional, not forced. Run it yourself, or keep us on a monthly plan for hosting, updates, content and campaigns. Either way the handover is complete on day one.
